Congress candidate Sandeep Dikshit has challenged AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal to an open debate before the Delhi elections on February 5. Dikshit criticized Kejriwal’s claims about Delhi’s development and accused both AAP and BJP of distributing cash for votes. Dikshit invited Kejriwal to debate at Jantar Mantar on January 31, stressing the use of factual data.
